∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD, Quality Control/ Audit
Job Context:
∎ This position suitable for a person who worked as a sample quality officer in the sample room of a woven garments company.
∎ The person who did not work as "Sample Quality Officer" in the sample room need not be applied for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All Quality Checking of Garments Sample (Woven)
∎ Checking the conformity (construction, style, fitting, specification, etc.) from development to final approval of Sample.
∎ Product development as per designs (understanding product category & Techpack)
∎ Sampling guideline in terms of Fabrics, fittings, embellishments.
∎ Evaluate the sample with correct pattern, tech pack, buyer comment.
∎ Ensure the sample measurement & dummy fit.
∎ Making T&A for sample room.
∎ Ensure all technical issues are accurately and consistently analyzed.
∎ Give feedback to Sample Maker, Sample Technician & buying office
∎ Ensure AQL of All kinds of sample
∎ Report to Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good in Math
∎ Good both oral & written forms in English
∎ Knowledge of basic Pattern Design.
∎ Knowledge & practical experience in CAD (Lecra).
∎ Good in email communication.
∎ Experience in Measuring Garments & Quality Check.
∎ Understanding the fitting of garment.
