Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure proper safety & security of the organization.
∎ • Train the security guards and develop required skills.
∎ • Develop & implement safety & security related policy procedures.
∎ • Observe organization's daily security activities.
∎ • Handle any unexpected situation regarding security.
∎ • Maintain Liaison with Government Law enforce agencies.
∎ • Any others job prescribed by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Recently retired Personnel, equivalent up to JCO (Junior Commissioned Officer) from Bangladesh Army will get preference.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skill.
∎ Must have the physical fitness to handle stress.
Salary: Negotiable
