∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ ACCA/Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) would be more preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Senior accountant to handle the complete account departments and their employees, reporting to the Operations Manager and Directors of the company
∎ Cost analysis and maximizing product margin and good knowledge of different business sectors in Bangladesh
∎ Should know all the latest accounting laws and procedures
∎ Business Cashflow forecast and preparing financial model for business, Budgeting and implantation.
∎ Manages day-to-day accounting, invoicing, cash management and internal financial reporting.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Management and Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Continually reviews work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency and potential issues in accounts, financial processes and controls and proactively raise management attention to act and resolve.
∎ Developing compliance process and managing team with leadership knowledge.
∎ Fraud analysis and strictly monitoring any type of revenue leakages.
∎ Providing accounts for auditing and facing outer audit with confident.
∎ Presenting business and financial model to board of directors.
∎ Collection of sales revenues in various channels as online payment, bkash (merchant & personal), cash and cheque.
∎ Preparing invoice/bills for customer and follow up, tracking, settlement and collection payment with corporate and loyal partners.
∎ Managing vouchers, preparing salary sheets and disbursement accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Good Communication skill on Written and spoken English
∎ Must be a team player with an outstanding personality to deal with colleague's, customer, and suppliers
∎ Experience of working in accounting software will be preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
