Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Computer Operating, MS Office Suites, verbal and written in English
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branding, Clothing, Cosmetics Item, Direct Sales, Ecommerce Marketing, Network Marketing, Online marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Open relationship and accounts with Multi chain clothing companies.
∎ Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as advertising, consumer behaviour, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
∎ Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Setup Sales team & Distribution Network in respective territories.
∎ Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ To set the sales target & monitor the sales target achievement.
∎ Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring.
∎ Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Capable to lead the team members, set-up strong Dealers' network all over the Bangladesh.
∎ Ensure collection of sales proceeds.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing Team.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management time to time.
∎ Analyze pre-costing & post costing and evaluate financial result of product to be marketed.
∎ Evaluate business growth towards maintaining and achieving the target.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the group target.
∎ Create & Launch different campaigns as per the market.
∎ Train and develop the junior colleagues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10-15 years in marketing. But at least 3-5 years' experience must be needed as a Senior Marketing Executive in a reputed clothing wholesale clothing company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales, networking marketing, direct selling, online marketing, e-commerce marketing, branding, Cosmetics Item, and clothing.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, attentive to detail, accountable, professional, relentless work ethic.
