Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with operation team & monitor payments through bank.
∎ Monitor advance payments & whether they are settled within given timeline.
∎ Validate all documents i.e., purchase invoices, sales invoices, challans & ensure they are received on a timely manner
∎ Ensure all transactions (advances, purchases, OpEx & sales) are recorded on a daily basis in Tally.
∎ Prepare monthly & quarterly financial reports.
∎ Prepare variety of reports (ageing, working capital, cost margin etc.) as required by the superior & senior management
∎ In addition of preparing receivables ageing analysis (daily / weekly) of parties should also notify the following things:
∎ which receivables amount need to be recovered as soon as possible
∎ which parties are active / inactive for a certain period,
∎ to which parties' sales need to be ceased and so on."
∎ Assist superior in managing working capital (tracking & calculation)
∎ Track & provide monthly reports of vertical / location wise capital & revenue expanders related to SCM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ CA CC or ACCA Skill level with Master's/MBA major in accounting.
∎ Experience with ERP systems
∎ An analytical mind with good organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English.
Salary: Negotiable
