Job Responsibilities:
∎ To keep up with all of the issues Buyers such as 'ACCORD,' 'H&M,' C&A, BSCI, and others.
∎ To keep track of all HIGG INDEX and Performance Data issues.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits.
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in accordance with the buyer's requirements, in accordance with local laws and international standards.
∎ To monitor and guarantee that all CAP is implemented in a timely manner.
∎ Employees at the factory should be educated and trained on compliance standards and requirements.
∎ Ensure that all required documentation are kept up to date and maintained.
∎ Prepare relevant training materials and deliver induction training as well as periodic safety training, including fire drills and all ethical and social issues, and keep records.
∎ Organize all important meetings, such as EHS, on a monthly or as-needed basis.
∎ Handle all product safety issues independently.
∎ Should be prepared to confront audits such as WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, and C-TPAT for various types of purchasers.
∎ To keep track of daily worker safety concerns such as health and safety, fire safety, and accident and incident case analysis.
∎ To properly organize training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness Training, and other similar topics.
∎ To help and report on compliance issues to the Manager/AGM.
∎ To assist in the preparation/updating of policies in order to ensure compliance
∎ To keep track of and renew any essential licenses, certificates, and permissions.
∎ To schedule all types of meetings (Compliance Issue), and to keep the registrations up to date.
∎ To aid in the creation of a pleasant working environment
Salary: Negotiable
