Additional Requirements:
∎ Partly/Fully qualified Chartered Secretary is mandatory.
∎ Graduate from Commerce background is preferable.
∎ 5 to 7 years’ work experience in Corporate Affairs or Board Secretarial.
∎ Well acquainted with the RJSC online return filing and approval procedures.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Proficient in business writing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Well conversant in MS Office.
∎ Flexible to visit outside of workstation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Prepare various forms, reports & returns time-to-time filing with Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSC) and other regulators, as applicable.
∎ • Regularize companies' backlog including updating statutory books of accounts.
∎ • Draft documents with regard to Company incorporation/registration, alteration of MoA & AoA, winding-up, etc., as and when required.
∎ • Fix schedule and maintain calendar for companies' Board Meeting, AGM/EGM, Committee Meetings, etc. as applicable.
∎ • Collect information from the businesses attracting Board's resolutions/meeting.
∎ • Meet time-to-time queries from the internal business departments with regard to Company Corporate information, documentation, licensing, etc.
∎ • Draft notice, minutes, resolutions by circulations (RBC) etc. for company meetings.
∎ • Coordinate and arrange company meetings (In-person, virtual and hybrid).
∎ • Follow up the decisions, taken in the Board/management meetings.
∎ • Renew companies' licenses timely including trade license, factory license, fire license, environmental license, explosive license, ERC/IRC, membership with trade Bodies, etc. and maintain good rapport with the concerned authorities.
∎ • Keep record for all important corporate and legal documents and file those systematically.
∎ • Meet time-to-time queries from the internal business departments with regard to Company Corporate information, documentation, licensing, etc
