Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase of gift products, IT & maintenance related items.
∎ Source required materials
∎ Price negotiation (considering market price), control costs and secure profitable deals
∎ Material requisition collection from factory, requisition checking
∎ Collect quotation and prepare CS
∎ PO generation
∎ Bill checking
∎ Material delivery schedule preparing in coordination with factory and vendor
∎ Ensure timely delivery of packing material
∎ Forecast price trends for effective procurement & risk mitigation
∎ Vendor development & management
∎ Adhere with Company SOP for Vendor Development( like documentation, vendor visit etc)
Salary: Negotiable
