Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a strong mobile app developer who welcomes both engineering and maintenance tasks. The primary focus will be to implement new user interfaces and features together with automated unit and integration tests.
∎ You will be working with our candid and collaborative team, where your knowledge and advice about application architecture and the newest mobile technologies will be highly appreciated. The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality. You'll also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience.
∎ Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models.
∎ Design and build advanced hybrid mobile applications.
∎ Lead the application development effort and become the go-to person for app related effort.
∎ Build the hybrid apps for Android/iOS and publish applications in corresponding app store/play store.
∎ Implement new technologies to maximize application performance and optimize load time.
∎ Fixing bugs and performance problems.
∎ Writing clean, readable, and testable code.
∎ Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions.
∎ Research on emerging technologies and trends.
∎ Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
∎ Participate in the planning and design of future software and technical architectures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4+ years of extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
∎ 2+ years of hands on experience in the full life cycle of Hybrid mobile application development including publishing one or more apps to the play store & app store.
∎ Must have developed Hybrid Mobile application using Ionic frame work or Angular. Working knowledge of Ionic 2 or 3 is a must.
∎ Experience developing hybrid mobile applications, with Ionic, Cordova, Angular, CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript and other broadly used Web development technologies
∎ Experience developing back-end services preferably with NodeJS.
∎ Experience in developing apps on native Android/iOS platforms.
∎ Familiarity with Git
∎ Familiarity with push notifications
∎ Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences.
∎ NFC, GPS, Bluetooth and Camera
∎ Experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
∎ Strong knowledge in RESTful web services.
∎ Excellent knowledge in core Java.
∎ Experience with Agile methodologies.
∎ Should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to think out of the box and be innovative.
∎ Passion to explore and keep enhancing your skills.
∎ Any knowledge or experience with AI, ML, NLP would be a definite plus but is not mandatory.
