Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical) from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Atuo CAD, Budgeting, Installation/ Erection, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Supply Chain
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work with the project engineers and coordinator to assure that all work tasks are managed correctly for the successful completion of projects.
∎ Planning and Preparation of Work Timeline/Schedule.
∎ Preparation of materials requirement and oversee project procurement management.
∎ Supervision of all Structural and Finishing Works.
∎ Monitoring Materials Consumption, Stock and Delivery Status.
∎ Preparing and checking of Labor & Contractors Bill.
∎ Ensure a safe and healthy working environment site locations. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
∎ Maintain all kinds of project co-ordination, lead, supervise and maintain all project (Steel & Construction) related documentation.
∎ Visits jobsite, attain meeting with client and performs existing installation measurements as required to complete designs; and develops a thorough understanding of engineering department standards and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in Pre-fabricated Steel Building manufacturing organization
∎ Minimum 3 years' experiences in senior role.
∎ Knowledge on Project Management.
∎ Knowledge on AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project Management will be added advantage.
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
