Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any Govt. Approved University, Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Raw material inventory, Spare parts, Store/ inventory

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management, Raw material inventory, Spare parts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to deal independently with the overall Raw Materials, Spare Parts & Others General (RMSPO) which includes but not limited to the following like- receiving, issuing and record keeping etc.
∎ Arrange receiving of all the Raw Materials, Spare Parts & Others General (RMSPO) agree with the Quantity & Quality mentioned in Purchase Order and place them in appropriate Bin.
∎ Maintaining appropriate documentation process of every phase of materials receiving, storage & distribution.
∎ Effective checking of materials quality & quantity with the help of Quality Team & Purchase Team at the time of consignment receiving.
∎ Recording all the issued Raw Materials, Spare Parts & Others General (RMSPO) in accordance with proper cost center.
∎ Update all the receiving and issuance of Raw Materials, Spare Parts & Others General (RMSPO) on a daily basis.
∎ Checking the proper justification of issued Raw Materials, Spare Parts & Others General (RMSPO).
∎ Ensure quality, safeguarding of all the assets in the Store.
∎ Raise material purchase requisition with checking proper justification.
∎ Reporting the consumption report Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly timely.
∎ Daily Material Inventory balance report.
∎ Raising report of Raw Materials, Spare Parts & Others General (RMSPO).
∎ Chronological price report of the same material.
∎ Conduct physical verification of Raw Materials, Spare Parts & Others General (RMSPO) whether agree with the record in each month before providing monthly consumption reports.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.
