∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution management, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic, Brick

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect orders from Marketing & Sales Team, update them in ERP software and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Maintain liaison with Marketing & Sales Team to ensure product availability in the target markets.
∎ Handle distribution related complaints and provide appropriate solution.
∎ Communicate with Marketing & Sales and other related department to resolve customer issues related to order & service of ceramic products.
∎ Preserve data of the retail and corporate customers and update their accounts information.
∎ Maintain proper communication with Finished Goods Store and Transportation staffs to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Collect feedback from the market on product performance and provide data to the reporting authority.
∎ Maintain liaison with sales team to ensure product availability in the target markets.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.
