∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agile methodology, algorithm and programming logic, Data Analysis, IT System Management, Product Development, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Software Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Job Context:
∎ It is a full time Senior position, require Development and Leading a team of developers, responsible for building new functions and support existing system.
∎ Must be Reliant to reach, collaborate and communicate online and offline as required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop and implement Software Solutions for the High End U.S. Companies that support day-to-day operations.
∎ Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
∎ Passionate about great technologies. Understand business needs and investigating problem areas to create the tools to manage them.
∎ Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
∎ Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment.
∎ Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues.
∎ Mentor & Support the team members and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and R&D opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products to achieve goals.
∎ Make informed decisions quickly and taking ownership of services and applications at scale
∎ Be a persistent, creative problem solver, Remain cool and effective in a crisis.
∎ Stay on the leading edge of development practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid working knowledge in Application Framework like - ASP.NET MVC, ReactJS/Redux, Angular, Xamarin Mobile development.
∎ Must have Solid and Details knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server.
∎ Experience with REST/ JSON/ SOAP APIs, back-end server connectivity.
∎ Good understanding of concurrent data between different levels of services.
∎ Have a good understanding of OOP with fluently on Analysis Data and Algorithms from scratch.
∎ Must be very patient to get familiar with different type of legacy code and adding new features into it.
∎ Very open to any new technology adaptation and bear an open mentality to changes obvious and necessary.
