Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Content Creation:· Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for Facebook posts.· Develop creative content aligned with company branding and messaging.· Tailor content to suit different campaign objectives, including notices, promotions, offers, etc.
∎ 2. Social Media Management:· Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook.· Monitor trends and industry news related to smartphone technology to ensure content relevance.· Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ 3. Analytics and Reporting:· Track and analyze social media metrics and performance using analytical tools.· Prepare regular reports detailing key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.· Utilize data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and improve engagement.
∎ 4. Promotion and Budget Management:· Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote products, events, or initiatives.· Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.· Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
