Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on feature development for different client projects and internal products.
∎ Bug fixing of different dev issues.
∎ Collaborate with the product owner to understand the business logic and requirement for different client projects and internal products.
∎ Work with the team to escalate and resolve any impediments.
∎ Communicate with clients from time to time about project updates and the status of tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Around 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
∎ Good concept on web app development with agile methodologies.
∎ Able to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
∎ Apply best practices and design patterns in the development.
∎ Write clean, stable, unit-tested code and documentation where needed.
∎ Experience with MongoDB is a plus.
∎ Flexibility and adaptability to learning and understanding new technologies.
∎ Creative, Self-motivated, and organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
∎ Good time-management skills.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Open to discussion. Salary will be determined based on expertise and experience.
