Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CS, CSE, SE
∎ Graduate in IT or CSE or Software engineer from any Government Recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translates designs and style guides provided by the Graphics Design team into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance.
∎ Use front-end technologies to build modern, scalable web applications.
∎ Determining the structure and design of web pages.
∎ Create unique single-page JS applications.
∎ Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g. debugging, automated testing, code reviews, document, writing clean and pragmatic code).
∎ Collaborate with Designers, and back-end engineers to build and maintain features.
∎ Solve challenging problems and make our front-end more reliable, predictable, elegant.
∎ Manage and fixing bugs of existing web portals.
∎ Developing features to enhance the user experience.
∎ Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
∎ Building reusable code for future use.
∎ Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
∎ Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
∎ Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2.5+ years of professional experience designing for the web
∎ Highly skilled in PSD to HTML [ Design a high-fidelity pixels-perfect mockup in Photoshop of exactly to desire site] and need to work with development team to process HTML/CSS based on the software requirements.
∎ Highly skilled in Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3 etc.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe XD/ Photoshop/ Illustrator and/ or Figma.
∎ Experience with creating sketches/wireframes, high-fidelity/in-browser mock-ups and everything in-between
∎ Strong understanding of HTML5, ES6, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3/SCSS/ Sass , Less, CSS frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap).
∎ Need to have knowledge to prepare them for WordPress/ Bagisto and other CMS e.g. etc.
∎ Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
∎ Understanding of server-side CSS.
∎ Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks (particularly React)
∎ General knowledge of PHP/Python.
∎ Experience with cross-device/responsive design techniques
∎ Familiarity with web trends and best practices for UX/UI design
∎ Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
∎ Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, as well as able to manage simultaneous projects.
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
∎ Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
∎ Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
∎ Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
∎ Should have a portfolio.
Salary:
∎ 30,000.00 BDT to 50,000.00 BDT.
