∎ M.Sc. or B. Sc. in Electrical /Electronic Engineering /Computer Science & Engineering /Communications /Telecommunication Engineering from any UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and conduct architectural system to ensure capacity planning, quality & performance management of the overall solution for the Toffee Service.
∎ Ensure appropriate scalable, manageable, and cost-effective design of the overall solution for Toffee and continuously analyze improvements and necessary communications with vendors/partners to optimize and improve the Toffee Service offering
∎ Maneuver and manage business requirements and expected outcomes from numerous groups that work in the solution
∎ Provide technical guidance, identify risks, assess the technology infrastructure of the solution, and use the expertise to advise and guide the solution in the right path.
∎ Supervise and guide partners' application teams to ensure timely development and deployment of Toffee application modules as per roadmap following complete SDLC
∎ Support business team in requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that required documentation are complete, consistent, and traceable and that they conform to set standards
∎ Engage team and continuously administer the technology partner and other relevant vendors through clear communication of the technical aspects, risks, challenges, and selling points of the solution
∎ Analyze vendor performance periodically and ensure vendors adhere to schedule and SLAs/KPIs to ensure Revenue generating basic infrastructure operability
∎ Proactively maintain Toffee Platform KPIs as per guidelines and identify issues in the KPI and come up with solutions
∎ Maintain efficient platform (server, storage, E2E network) of his assigned function, continuously monitor health check, SLA/KPIs, and generate performance reporting.
∎ Identify, evaluate, and assess risks to mitigate them and eliminate any factor that might hinder the successful delivery of the Toffee solution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of relevant experience
∎ At least 8-10 years experience in the Software Development industry with knowledge in solution design and planning
∎ At least 5 years experience in Solution Architect role
∎ Extensive knowledge of Android and iOS mobile technical environments
∎ Knowledge on the backend (API)
∎ Familiar with at least a cloud platform (Preferably GCP r AWS)
∎ Strong ability to write code
∎ Code reviewability
∎ Strong English-speaking ability
