Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ CA CC or part qualified professional accountant will be added as an advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC or part qualified professional accountant will be added as an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: accounting software and databases., MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and VAT, Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain day to day operation of the Accounts Department., cash book, ledger, Journal entry, Voucher
∎ Preparation, Invoice register, Bill register and daily transaction.
∎ Sound knowledge of Tally/ERP software is must.
∎ Maintain cash flow, other financial and banking transactions.
∎ Collect & reconcile all Banking related transaction/Statements
∎ Control all related works of the Accounts Department. Develop and maintain financial accounting
∎ systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
∎ Maintain fixed asset record in an appropriate manner.
∎ Ensure timely payments of the bills in accordance with Companies' policies, procedures and guidelines;
∎ Prepare and update the VAT & Tax related books and register.
∎ Prepare vat & tax return
∎ Prepare, analyze, and interpret of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Preparation of all kinds of accounting reports, presentations as per management requirements.
∎ Work experience with renowned audit firm.
∎ Ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted from time to time by the Supervisor.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
