∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Admin, Compensation & Benefits, Corporate Finance, Credit, Dhaka, HR, Human Resources & Development, Labor Law, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and control over employee expenditure, recruitment and salary expenses.
∎ Responsible for ensuring employee’s training process and service quality consumers.
∎ Ensure HR policies and planning are implemented comprehensively including Staffing,Training,Development,Performance Management,Compensation and Benefit Management, HR rules and regulation.
∎ Manage all HR related documentation, letters, and files.
∎ Handle and respond to employees’ issue.
∎ Creating motivational and recreational activities for employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to write and speak English fluently, use English as the working language;
∎ Having working experience in financial industry, Fintech is preferred.
∎ Strong in recruitment and Generalist HR Matters.
∎ Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Have good communication and coordination ability, coordinate and communicate with various departments.
Salary: Negotiable
