∎ MBA/ Masters from any reputed university.
∎ Marketing background will be given preference.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Client Service, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as Corporate houses, Institutions, Banks, Government utilities etc.
∎ Promote Brand & Execute Business to High Officials of Both - Public & Private Sector
∎ Manage existing corporate clients
∎ Generate new corporate clients through direct sales
∎ Prepare & maintain client database
∎ Achieve Key Corporate Customers/area-wise/branch-wise sales targets through effective sales monitoring
∎ Directly involved with different markets exploring new clients and markets to achieve the individual target through sales & delivery.
∎ To ensure excellent client service by keeping the company goodwill.
∎ Ensure product availability, supply and merchandising through regular visits to clients of different institutions.
∎ To look after the Key corporate clients/branch's monthly territorial sales target has been achieved.
∎ Directly involved with different markets exploring new clients and markets to achieve the individual target through sales & delivery.
∎ Ensure customer service and dissolve the customer's complain if any.
∎ Maintain Long Term Business Relationships with existing clients.
∎ Regularly monitor the Sales Executives, to ensure their monthly sales and promotions activities have been achieved.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payment/receivables.
∎ Reconciliation of balance for every month with different institutions.
∎ To forward accumulated purchase orders to particular responsible institutions/clients.
∎ Directly involved with different institutions exploring new clients and markets to achieve the individual target through sales & delivery.
∎ Ability to handle Tender issues, Project Work and Special Product Work.
∎ Others - as per business requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having experience in Furniture related Organization is highly preferable.
∎ Smart and self-motivated.
∎ Team management, coordinate with the head of the Department.
∎ Experienced in Sales, Corporate sales/ Direct Marketing.
∎ Must be capable of having worked under pressure and communication skill.
∎ Understand the Client's need and identify the scope for a sales opportunity.
∎ Identify and develop the potential, sustainable customer relationship.
∎ Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision Making Capability.
∎ Solid analytical abilities, good presentation and convincing skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
∎ Computer proficiency.
