Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your job responsibilities as an Expert shall be – to act as a project owner to provide technical support from Front Line (FL), to solve technical and operational issues to buyer’s testing program in laboratory, and monitor and implement buyer test program locally and globally; co-working with the global team to set a technical Hub. You are to exercise your assigned expertise to ensure the technical service in the corresponding expert area is being delivered with high level of technical competency and make certain that the correct review of submitted samples and the TRF – Test Request Form to register in laboratory software. You must facilitate to make and/or prepare the component and guide/perform order approval, according to buyer manual, and ensure to follow the day to day improvements as instructed from team leader/ section head, as well as assist reporting manager to implement new/updates of buyer program.
∎ You will also have to act as a guide and trainer to provide training to FL and operation team for market and technical update, conduct training of new team member, help reporting manager to arrange training, and coordinate In-client meeting providing them with a LAB tour.
∎ As a senior team member, we will furthermore expect you to - keep follow up of records and to apply the updates of specific buyer, assist/do scheduling of employees, conduct/ contribute to raw data consolidation, report generation, report check and report preview for finalization of report, monitor team productivity, give administrative support for team, facilitate team members to deliver in a critical test report, analyze the root cause of customer complain and take corrective action, supervise and conduct training for team members regarding buyer update, support individuals to maintain working procedure, propose to take improvement initiatives in existing systems, ensure to maintain procedure of delivering/ checking of internal worksheet with sample, component list as per buyer protocol, and of course, maintain all areas of quality, health and safety relevant issues, PPE as per requirement.

∎ We will also be providing an amount equal to your basic salary as "Dress Allowance" every year.
