Job Context:
∎ Zaman Fashionwear Limited is a 100% Export Oriented Woven Garments Industry. Business: 100% Export Oriented Woven Industry having currently approx. 1200 manpower which is expanding day by day. Company is accumulating all modern machineries and equipment`s from renowned companies for its better productivity & quality.
∎ Job Location: Factory : Gazipur (Mawna); and Corporate office: Dhaka (Uttara)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the key person in the group IT management team
∎ Drive, develop and improve IT standards and services to support company's regular work and activities
∎ Manage the whole IT system and application team which is responsible for implementation, software support, system upgrade in the company
∎ Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure best business process and best practices are in place
∎ Work to develop and enhance system efficiency
∎ Ensure company's applications are up-to-date and competitive
∎ Make sure the stability, reliability and security of all systems
∎ Responsible for handling existing network configuration, Networking equipment, installing operating system, driver software, application Software, configuring email in outlook with backup system.
∎ Responsible to process employee's attendance datasheets from the software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Solid experience in IT management with particular track record leading IT system, ERP implementation projects
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Software Insolation, Computer Network System, troubleshoot
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments Manufacturing Sector, Group of Companies
∎ Ability in leading changes and driving transformation in a traditional work style
∎ Familiar with production ERP software system
∎ Outstanding people and project management skills
∎ Solid experience in IT management with particular track record leading IT system, ERP implementation;
∎ Extensive industry experience in the fashion manufacturing sector
∎ Ability in leading changes and driving transformation in a traditional work style
∎ Familiar with ERP system
∎ Knowledge of network infrastructure, including cabling, wireless networks, network switches, Firewall -Cyber roam.
∎ Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration and Good knowledge of server hardware, Disk storage technology, I/O devices.
∎ Good knowledge on Windows Server
∎ Good knowledge on router, firewall and email gateway system
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure; and
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
