Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring sales target with customer satisfaction and managing quality of sales and service delivery.
∎ Identify, Target and Develop business relationships that are aligned with the strategy of the company to support and grow.
∎ Prepare sales action plans inside the branch.
∎ Have a very polished idea about product specifications, features and usability, also knowing the target group well.
∎ Delivering the technical information & making sales calls to new and existing clients.
∎ Follow up on sales activity.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
∎ Aiming to achieve sales target Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of principles and practices of sales.
∎ Knowledge of customer service principles
∎ Proven ability to achieve sales targets
∎ Excellent communication skill.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
