Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, manage & direct follow-up from RM receiving, production to the delivery of finished goods.
∎ Work closely with production & quality personnel to ensure optimum utilization of capacity, on time delivery with quality.
∎ Monitor operational expenses and research to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
∎ Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
∎ Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff.
∎ Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep accident-free.
∎ Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
∎ Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
∎ Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 8 years experience in similar field.
∎ Leadership and professional attitude required.
