Job Context:
∎ This position is suitable for the person who worked in woven garments company in HRM & Sustainability team and is willing to do jobs like: handling workers recruitment, vehicles monitoring, canteen monitoring, food safety, factory physical compliance update, housekeeping, documents update, Social & Environmental Audit preparation etc.
∎ Note: Job location is at DEPZ, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge in HR issues, Labor Laws and Compliance.
∎ Recruitment of workers
∎ Preparation & Facing All kinds of Audits (BSCI, SADEX, WRAP, Accord & Alliance)
∎ Housekeeping
∎ Canteen monitoring
∎ Vehicle monitoring
∎ Very good in Microsoft Word & Excel.
∎ Manages the employee information database for payroll, leave and other information
∎ Organize HR activities, procedures, practices, and work methods to increase work effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Any other HR-related tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have practical experience on factory HRM.
∎ Effective communication skill in writing, and in interpersonal communications.
∎ The candidate must have proficiency in computer knowledge both in Bengali and English.
