Job Context:
∎ Risk analysis during sample making & before starting production
∎ Responsible for Sample development
∎ Liable for Fabric (4 points) and accessories inspection
∎ Size set checking Measurement and make comments whatever correction required,
∎ Fusing Machine adjustment with following data sheet like Time/Pressure/Temperature,
∎ Responsible for PPM doing with relevant people,
∎ Must know Defect analysis report making & publishing
∎ Shade & Hand feel checking also given wash standard as per buyer approve comments,
∎ Critical process Mock making & close monitoring,
∎ Safety data sheet follow up during attaching garments,
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-line, pre-final and Final inspection conduct
∎ Shipment schedule follow up & maintain, Communicate with responsible person/office.
∎ Needle control policy and Sharp Tools control policy,
∎ Technical Audit
∎ Quality Management System (QMS) Implement and Train up.
∎ Factory QA team Follow up and Training.
∎ Check first output against approved sealer & update tech pack,
∎ Weekly meeting with team to discuss daily issues and updates information.
∎ Co-ordinate with production department for matters on nonconformance of quality issue.
∎ Buyer Communication and Assist

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
