Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking as per procedure.
∎ Ensure the stock movement strictly following batch, First Expiry First Out (FEFO) and First in First Out (FIFO) basis
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Maintain software based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in best possible way.
∎ Managing the warehouse in line with the company's standard.
∎ Using warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency.
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations as per the compliance rules and procedure.
∎ Ensure safety and security of products and overall store.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance at store.
∎ Ensure proper cleaning of store, racks, pallets, boxes, rolls as per the SOP and guidelines.
∎ Prepare reports and statistics regularly (In/Out status report, dead stock report etc.)
∎ Organize notes, assign roles, motive and oversee warehouse employees
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in warehouse ERP module
∎ knowledge in Store system & it's SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ The applicants should have experience in warehouse Management and supply chain.
∎ Good communication & presentation skill.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office.
∎ Problem solving & analytical ability.
Salary: Negotiable
