Responsibilities & Context

• Counselling with the students and their parents over phone regarding admission, scholarship, eligibility for higher study in south korea, Malaysia, Europe.
• Candidate should have mentality to work at under pressure.
• Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, online & Email.
• Provide appropriate advice based on understanding clients' goals and needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.
• Assist clients with necessary documentation and application processes.
• Explain service details clearly and professionally.
• Build a strong relationship with the students over the phone and face to face. Prepare necessary documents.
