Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any polytechnic institute is a minimum requirement.
∎ Candidates with Diploma in Mechatronics are also welcome to apply for this post as a candidate with basic electrical engineering knowledge will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the Production floor & Maintenance (Mechanical).
∎ Assign and control the responsibilities of subordinates and ensure proper use of manpower to obtain optimum service of Production & Mechanical activities.
∎ Candidate may be responsible for any of the following activities: machine operation, machine maintenance and production supervision.
∎ To execute production as per daily production plan set forth by management.
∎ Ensure that production runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
∎ Ensuring quality standards are maintained.
∎ Ensure efficient use of resources (material, manpower, machines)
∎ To implement regular cleaning of machine and production floor.
∎ Candidate must be willing to independently operate machinery when asked to do so by management.
∎ Take the required measures to minimize the breakdown of machines due to mechanical fault. Ensure that regular preventive maintenance is carried out on all machines.
∎ Take necessary measures to minimize breakdown of machines due to Mechanical fault.
∎ To maintain production process and production area as per ISO procedures
∎ Leading, motivating, training of the section
∎ To ensure factory workers in section are operating efficiently, to motivate workers in their section.
∎ To keep record of all parameters of production process
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Perform all other duties/responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Minimum two years relevant experience for Sub-assistant Engineer and five years for Asst.Executive
∎ Candidate must be team-oriented.
∎ Training on Auto CAD and Maintenance related matters will be an added advantage
∎ Candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must be a dynamic, highly motivated individual who is reliable and loyal to the company.
∎ Candidates should be hardworking and maintain a positive attitude.
∎ Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package in addition to being able to use the internet and email facilities.
∎ Must Stay Near the factory and willing to work in shifting duties
Salary: Negotiable
