Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a nationwide operations team efficiently with an existing hybrid model.
∎ Manage financial cost management KPI to meet operational targets.
∎ Support internal sales team and distributors for faster turn out in operations.
∎ Managing installation & maintenance SLA in context of time and documentation.
∎ Streamlining post acquisition training and activation process for the technician.This role will require time beyond general working hours for remote support / assistance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Solid knowledge of client management, problem handling & business development process.
∎ An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
∎ Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and time management skills.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Medical allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
