∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: 5s, Ability to problem solve, Ability to Work Under Pressure
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervisor /Trainer must well understand bag all sewing processes.
∎ When new Bag job order comes at first / Supervisor Trainer must be learn new order every process after that make work instructions by Trainer.
∎ Which process too difficult for worker achieves the target, Supervisor/ Trainer must be find out easy way for this process.
∎ Supervisor/Trainer should be well understood for produce bag which kind of tools need. If any kind of tools short that time Trainer give recommendation to us that tools collect from in (BD) or China.
∎ Supervisor/Trainer needs to find out innovation idea such as process, quality, efficiency etc.
∎ Come every day morning & see which kind of products will be running floor on that day.
∎ At first check on the floor which line have new order & critical process running, after that round check the floor.
∎ All the products which will be done on the floor will see it, that the workers can achieve their target or not.
∎ If workers cannot achieve the target then trainer find out the reason such as machine, material, process etc.
∎ After find out the reason Supervisor/Trainer teach the workers.
∎ Running every process must ensure quality by Supervisor /Trainer.
∎ If marketing dept. need to demand any sample that sample make by Supervisor/Trainer also ensure best quality.
∎ Before going much production Supervisor/Trainer make a sample & analyses the process.

∎ Supervisor/Trainer should be sociable/cordial with worker.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
