∎ Diploma in Engineering in EEE, Diploma in Computer, Diploma in Electronics
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Before you apply please read carefully:
∎ Provide clients supports for Access Control/ Bio metric Finger, CCTV/IP, Sound System, PA system, Conference System installation, maintenance and repairing all type support as per client demand over phone or direct.
∎ Minimum knowledge on Local Area Network connection setup and Network Cabling & Testing, windows setup and trouble shooting related works.
∎ Installation & maintenance or enough idea of any type electronics device after training period
∎ Mentality to work/travel anywhere across Bangladesh at any time .
∎ Providing technical support across the company and clients.
∎ Identify and resolve client concerns
∎ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services
∎ Establish and maintain customer relationship
∎ Must have a good problem-solving ability
∎ Be a team player.
∎ Testing new technology.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Any other task assigned by company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good idea about Dhaka city transportation
∎ Able to work on under pressure.
∎ Able to work at Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Should be keen to learn,
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivation.
∎ Having well manner and good behavior.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered for suitable candidate. Salary will be increased after successful completion of 3 months probation period.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
