Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and maintenance of IT Infrastructure in office
∎ Develop and help in developing enterprise grade applications
∎ Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
∎ Designing algorithms and data structures to create new software programs and systems
∎ Testing and deploying programs and applications
∎ Implementation and maintenance of Disaster Recovery System (DRS) for servers
∎ Troubleshoot, diagnose, improve and resolve software, computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ Create and manage Access Control / email / ERP and other relevant accounts for staffs
∎ Train and provide end user support on IT related issues in office.
∎ Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
∎ Support the development of IT policies and ensure existing policy developed by the Management team is maintained.
∎ Provide support to project leaders on specific software and hardware requirements.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor and management to achieve organizational goal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher or having 1-year experience
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): API Development, must have knowledge in Python (including Django framework), Java, databases, familiar with JavaScript, exposure to web development using HTML5 and CSS.
∎ Communicative and detail oriented, having teamwork attitude, strong in time management, open to learning new skills
∎ Understanding of and comfortable with Linux OS
∎ Working knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc.
∎ Working knowledge of Database including PostgreSQL and/or MySQL/MariaDB
∎ Understanding of virtualization and/or containerization of software applications, related administration and concepts to be able to provide user support and fault analysis
∎ Knowledge of Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting
∎ Understanding of protocols such as DNS, HTTP(S), LDAP, SMTP, and NFS
∎ Has good interpersonal and oral communication skills
∎ Has experience in documentation and technical writing
∎ Has an eye for detail, good analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Good customer-service skills
∎ Is a team player
