Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Skills Required: Communication skill, Requirement Analysis, Technical Documentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analysis, EOI, RFP, RFQ, tender documentation
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a sound knowledge of Tendering. And also have a good professional communication with e-Govt sector.
∎ Initiate, engage, organize and prepare technical RFP/RFQ/EOI responses.
∎ Document technical design specifications (SRS), Business Requirements Document (BRD), System Design Document, Database Design Document, Testing Document etc.
∎ Create, manage and maintain project documents.
∎ Preparation of technical guides, SOP, UAT etc.
∎ Create Context diagram, Block diagram, Use case diagram etc.
∎ Understand the SDLC and Preparation of project plan with help from PM and tech team.
∎ Independently gather information to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
∎ Research online for solution specifications.
∎ Prepare, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that meets organizational and global standards.
∎ Prepares and edits a wide variety of complex technical materials, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
∎ Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
∎ Work with technical team to identify all documentation repositories, revise and update.
∎ Must be able to produce documents both in Bangla & English
