Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
project coordination, Project Management, Software Developer, Technical Documentation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand core the business of software development and make a proper estimation, planning, budgeting with a defined goal-achieving strategy
∎ Act as per estimation and ensure timely delivery of the project by measuring potential risk factors
∎ Ensure smooth collaboration with both onsite and offshore software development team
∎ Maximize the efficiency of all software development procedures and all solutions developed by the team.
∎ Communicate and provide direction to clients, software engineers, developers, consultant, and top management
∎ Act as the central point of contact between the Software, Support, and Management
∎ Identify and manage the resolution of all project issues, including effective escalation and communication as required
∎ Open to work in different time zones (especially US Eastern Standard Time)
∎ Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
∎ Keep day to day development records and regularly report top management
∎ In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
∎ Previous work experience of networks, databases(SQL Server), .Net Technologies, Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS) is required
∎ Any other administrative & supervisory responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Smart and a strong command of the English language both verbal & written.
∎ Excellent motivational and leadership skills.
∎ Previous work experience of networks, databases(SQL Server), .Net Technologies, Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS) is required
Salary: Negotiable
