Educational Requirements:
∎ PhD/Master in Pharmaceutical science /Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biological science.
∎ Successful completion of a University degree in Biological Science (PhD/Master) from reputed University in abroad in a technical field or equivalent experiences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for travelling to customer locations, understanding technical challenges and providing applicable solutions.
∎ Responsible to know and understand all products availability, use, benefits and pricing structure.
∎ Provide input in contractual agreements for products and services.
∎ Promote BIO-XIN's products and services by attending tradeshows and prospecting new customers.
∎ Prepare and deliver samples and/or quotations to customers, while providing technical expertise to turn the quote into a sale.
∎ Consult with customers and provide technical expertise and recommendations based on the required applications.
∎ Assist in conducting market analysis and presenting findings to CEO and Head of Sales to develop and enhance the product offerings.
∎ Partner with the marketing team to contribute information towards the marketing strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from the industry.
∎ Working with the Head of Sales to meet and exceed sales targets for new business in assigned territory(s).
∎ Utilizing corporate resources and initiating the sales process build and nurture new accounts as well as prospect and build new relationships.
∎ Participation in new and changed product development, formulation and specification of these products and plant trials.
∎ Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
∎ Maintains client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
∎ Maintains a positive working relationship with team member and management in a team environment.
∎ Sets-up and organizes individual work area designated supplies, forms and resource materials while maintaining cleanliness at all times.

∎ Ability to go into customers' locations and identify technical challenges and inefficiencies.
∎ Ability to provide solution based selling to customers.
∎ Work independently as well as cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
∎ Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills in order to resolve conflicts and problems.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain and excellent rapport with customers and co- workers.
∎ Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
∎ Ability to think on your feet, assessing and planning troubleshooting strategies.
∎ A self-starter with a strong ability to motivate others.
∎ Ability to travel as required.
∎ Special Qualifications:
∎ Flexibility to travel 50% of the time both in and out of the country and must have a valid passport allowing international travel.
∎ Experience or education related to technical or industrial, Laboratory and R&D equipment would be beneficial.
∎ Professional sales accreditation would be beneficial.
∎ Key Requirements:
∎ 5+ years' experience in a technical sale capacity with related field of experiences.
∎ Strong hands on technical ability.
∎ Proficient in utilizing various sales techniques.
∎ Proficient with Email, Written & verbal communication, Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point Presentation
Salary:
∎ TK.6,00,000 - 8,40,000 (Yearly)
