∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Machine Operator, Night Shift, Operation, Production Management, Worker Handling
Job Context:
∎ The job Vacancy is for the Chittagong plant.
∎ Will be working with updated types of machinery, with TPM Practice.
∎ Should have the mentality to stay with the company for a long period.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Productivity Monitoring, Specification Check,
∎ Compare & enhance production;
∎ Compare production according to planning and take countermeasures for deviations, if any;
∎ Process control & floor supervision;
∎ Ensuring the smooth running of the workforce & machines;
∎ Ability to work with Hierarchy, Co-workers & Subordinates
∎ Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance TPM) Methodology.
∎ Increase Monthly Performance Evaluation (MPE) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expected to work in both day and night shifts as and when required.
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated & possessing a good memory.
∎ Result-oriented, performance-driven, high initiative, problem-solving skills, and self-driven.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ possessing a positive attitude.
∎ Effective communication skills, negotiation skills & strong leadership ability.
∎ Time Management of self and others.
∎ Eagerness to learn.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefits are as per Company Policy.
