Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline, related experience will be given preference.
∎ Required Skill: Documentation (MS office), Reporting and other interpersonal skills.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and assist Trainers and Mentors regarding progress and blockage.
∎ Draft, Update, Monitor and maintain progress reports.
∎ Must keep and monitor project documents and reports from Mentor and Trainers.
∎ Have to report Project Manager and Management Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
∎ Have to ensure the presence of class and must follow up and monitor their progress, if necessary he/she have to call them personally.
∎ Need to understand the outcome and take pressure to achieve the goal efficiently.
∎ Motivate the team and class accordingly.
∎ Must comply company policy and maintain the balance within stakeholders.
∎ Any other task given by Project Manager and Management to reach the goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Education Counseling, Education Marketing, Placement/ Career Counseling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile and Internet allowance: 1500
