∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize disaster management committee meeting at ward and union level.
∎ Support to build capacity and technical support to union and ward DMC.
∎ Organize and facilitate to community level awareness session on early warning and preparedness at greater ward level.
∎ Facilitate to prepare household level disaster preparedness plan at assigned union.
∎ Coordination and support provide to the community level disaster volunteer at ward level.
∎ Support to organize simulation exercise in respective union level.
∎ Organize and conduct meeting with cyclone shelter management committee and planning for readiness.
∎ Support to organize World Environment Day/ IDDR Observance at union level.
∎ Support to conduct different DRR different survey, assessment in field level when required. Actively participate, through sharing field experience in reviewing and finalizing different survey framework/questionnaires.
∎ Liaison and support to organize trainings for CPP volunteers.
∎ Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with the local community and local disaster management committee.
∎ Plan, arrange and facilitate training and support sessions with the active participation of capacity building for DMCs at Union level.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly activity plan, reports and case studies.
