Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Designation: VP, SVP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and monitoring investment proposals.
∎ Ensuring quality of IRM memo complying with bank’s policy and regulatory guidelines and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Evaluation of project finance proposals.
∎ Review of the existing policies of the bank and to formulate different new investment policies.
∎ Industry wise analyzing to ensure viability of different project financing and financing in different industries.
∎ Ensure on time correspondence of the IRM team with the branches and business division and disposals of the investment proposals.
∎ Process reengineering o the IRM Division.
∎ Leading a dynamic IRM team and ensure proposer utilization of the team members.
∎ Maintaining relationship with various counterparts of the bank to ensure quality asset growth.
∎ Correspondence with different regulators and external bodies related to the risk issues of the bank.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisors or the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of working experience in financial institutions along with at least 05 years’ experience in working in the Investment Risk Management/ Credit Risk Management Division.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good command over English is desirable.
∎ Age should not exceed 45 years as on 01.12.2021.
