Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS), Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Welfare, HR, Social compliance, and Administration background will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training all employees and maintaining a register
∎ Helping all workers about leave and maintaining a register.
∎ Work to develop a worker-owner relationship and good communication.
∎ Work to get all types of employees right properly.
∎ Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace.
∎ Ensure childcare in the facility, lead baby-care personnel.
∎ To provide them guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing,
∎ Education, Canteen facilities, and their legal assistance.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor
∎ Rules 2015 & 2022.
∎ To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire
∎ safety, etc.
∎ Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees orientation
∎ Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly.
∎ Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace
∎ Ensure all employees' rights as per labor law.
∎ Take care of the canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom, and maintain a register.
∎ Counseling and motivate all the workmen regarding office discipline.
∎ To maintain all compliance-related training.
∎ To maintain buyer COC & labor law.
∎ Prepared floor for any kind of compliance audit as per buyer COC & standard.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Welfare,
∎ compliance & Human Resources.
