Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ The main responsibilities of this position are to ensure construction project materials management including materials quality, materials wastage control, and material storing, and delivery at the Project.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity delivers at the site.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Regular check and update Stock Ledger & Gate Pass.
∎ Maintain site inventory and prepare inventory reports.
∎ Need to check requisition and entry to the register following: Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR); Materials Receiving Report (MRR); Materials Issue Slips (MIS); Materials Transfer Challan (MTC); Gate Pass; Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR); Materials Transfer Requisition Form.
∎ Any other Store & inventory-related task that management requires.
∎ Required project visit to monitor Site Accountant job.
∎ Periodical Physical Inventory checking.
∎ Prepare Various Reports: Stock Report, Fixed Asset Report, Scrap Sale Report, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Required 3 years of professional experience as an Inventory Zonal officer of the construction site.
Salary: Negotiable
