∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finanace
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate, major in Accounting or Finance.
∎ CA(CC), ACCA partly qualified
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle petty cash and daily business transactions. Prepare monthly office fund requirement.
∎ Recording of all cash transactions, bank transactions and bank reconciliation
∎ Preparation of necessary journal entries
∎ Preparation of monthly payroll
∎ Contact clients and vendors regularly about online transactions and invoices.
∎ Review both incoming and outgoing invoices.
∎ Deduction of withholding taxes from salary and other expenses and deposit the same to the Government Treasury in due time
∎ Preparation of financial statements at the end of each month showing detailed operational performance during the month
∎ Preparation of annual financial statements at the end of each year showing detailed operational performance during the year
∎ Understand and follow the rules and regulations of Income Tax, VAT and the other compliance.
∎ Submission of Tax, VAT return and other kind of regulatory reports asper law
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years related experience, preferably in Hospital/Health Care Center.
∎ Effective communication skills; good logical thinking and analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
