Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hospital, Pharmaceuticals
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct marketing research with regards to pricing, competitor analysis, market trends, customer behavior study, etc.
∎ Develops marketing strategies and implements marketing campaigns that enhance the organization's brand and increase community awareness.
∎ Maintains the comprehensive database of doctors and institutions.
∎ Maintains relations with community organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources in order to generate new patients.
∎ Conduct outreach clinics to showcase center capabilities in the community.
∎ Visit to renowned consultants/physicians at assigned areas and promote them to send patients for psychotherapy and conduct different psychometric tests.
∎ Develop comprehensive marketing plan for the corporate segment, evaluate the business opportunities and translate them to clear-cut working plan
∎ Run effective outreach community program among identified educational institutions
∎ Provides data regarding physician referrals and public relations to management for formulating overall marketing strategy, policy and implementation.
∎ Designs and implements marketing programs and sales initiatives.
∎ Arranges doctors visit with permissions and logistic support from operations.
∎ Assist the management in Developing an annual marketing plan and budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
∎ Able to work well as part of a team.
∎ Fluency and articulate in written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive sale Commission will be provided based on the target achievement
