Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet and greet patients, public and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
∎ Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answering patients' questions, and
∎ maintaining the reception area.
∎ Serves patients by greeting and helping them scheduling appointments, and maintaining
∎ records and billing.
∎ Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies.
∎ Provide service information to patients.
∎ Guide the patient to the payment counter, Pharmacy, Investigation room and appropriate
∎ doctor / consultant chamber properly
∎ Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
∎ Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying patient's arrival, reviewing service
∎ delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.
∎ Maintains office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level,
∎ anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt
∎ of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
∎ Able to accept ownership for effectively solving patient issues, complaints and inquiries;
∎ keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
∎ Capture patient insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
∎ Serving patients through all channels with a helping attitude will ensure that you play a
∎ significant role in patient satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Strong communication skills, both in English and Bengali
∎ Should have the mind to work on evening shift
∎ Proficiency in typing is a must (English& Bengali).
∎ Should have computer knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Should have the habit of working under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
