Job Context:
∎ We are looking for talented individuals to be part of our multinational team and undertake different responsibilities in different departments within our organization. Your responsibilities may include (not always) national and international customer relations, sales & marketing, and communicating with colleagues in our international branches in Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America.
∎ No previous experience in similar posts is required, but we mainly look for persons with a positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ You don`t require to hold a Degree to join us, Must have good communication skill and excellent English comprehension otherwise need not to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with colleagues and partners around the world.
∎ Writing Emails in perfect English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
∎ Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and create presentations.
∎ Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
∎ Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products
∎ Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available.
∎ Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
∎ Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
∎ Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
∎ Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
∎ Makes product appeal to the target market
∎ Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
∎ Knowledge of the English language is an advantage but not a requirement.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ We welcome negotiation for candidates with the skills and proficiency we seek!

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ We offer 2 increments in a year and Position changes increment.
