Job Context:
∎ The School project is an innovative, mission-based, education organization under Smart Innovations Limited which represents a strong focus on improving educational opportunities and its` outcomes for students. The school is seeking qualified professionals for the positions of Administrative Executive be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

∎ The role of Administrative Executive is to provide administrative support to the school Head Teacher, Senior Management Team and Teachers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively perform all the duties as assigned by Principal.
∎ Greets all incoming students, families and guests respectfully and professionally.
∎ Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school.
∎ Share information broadly with administrators, teachers, and students' families through emails or phone calls, ensuring that necessary information is properly transmitted.
∎ Maintaining of student records, which will include data capturing on the school's management system and maintaining hard-copy files.
∎ Keep records of phone calls and visits, academic transcripts and parent contact information.
∎ Handling and processing of daily correspondence.
∎ Handling document preparation and photocopying as the case may be.
∎ Assists students and others with routine problems.
∎ To assist the finance officer in the procurement (timeous ordering) of regular consumables such as stationery, bathroom supplies, cleaning materials, etc.
∎ Develops a positive, welcoming and caring climate in the Front Office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Technology experience needed: word processing, spreadsheets, database management & email.
∎ Basic Accounting Knowledge.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people, including students, parents, faculty and staff.
∎ Ability to multi-task and be flexible with priorities.
∎ Ability to Lead Team.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
