Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
∎ Identify and investigate growth opportunities for the company.
∎ Lead & provide guidance to the corporate sales team and improve overall performance.
∎ Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
∎ Work with Business Development representatives to bring in new business.
∎ Use professional business judgment and be prepared to define plans, justify actions, and identify options as appropriate to the Director of Sales.
∎ Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
∎ Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Primary Project assessment, Problem Solution, ensure after sales service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant Industry.
∎ Candidates having experience in Prefabricated steel structure building or Cable industries will get preference.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Market Reading Capability & Decision Making Ability.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
∎ Computer Skill (MS office, E-mail)
∎ Strong Analytical ability.
