IAB (Institute of Architects Bangladesh)-এর সদস্য হলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Architectural design ও consultancy-related কাজে অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা থাকলে Fresh Graduate-রাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
Responsibilities & Context
AutoCAD-এ দক্ষ হতে হবে।
3D Studio Max এবং Lumion-এ ভালো দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
Architectural Design, Drawing, 3D Visualization ও Presentation তৈরিতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
Architectural working drawing, detailing এবং প্রয়োজনীয় construction drawing প্রস্তুত করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Design concept থেকে presentation পর্যন্ত কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
Drawing/Design-এর প্রয়োজনীয় signing, checking ও supervision সম্পর্কে বাস্তব জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
Microsoft Office ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় architectural software-এ কাজ করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
