Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: ERP Software handling
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, Accounts, Audit, Cost control, Party Ledger Analysis, Payable Voucher Checking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Branch Daily Cashbook with the voucher (petty cash and business cash book should be separate)
∎ Head office Daily Cashbook with the voucher (petty cash & business cash book should be separate)
∎ 3 times audit in a year for all branch
∎ Posting Hands in cheque and submit in bank
∎ Dishonored cheque treatment
∎ Bank reconciliation head office
∎ Bank reconciliation branches
∎ Make a policy to open new party
∎ Sales order approval for branch and for Individual executive
∎ Credit limit setting
∎ Credit recovery and collection from dealers and corporate
∎ Billing
∎ VAT (return, challan etc).
∎ Income-tax (return, report etc)
∎ Import (Foreign payment against LC and TT)
∎ Local purchase formalities according to accounts policy
∎ Tender (Bank guarantee, pay order, earnest money and balance bill collection)
∎ E-Commerce sales statement and cost calculation
∎ E-Commerce sales approval, collection and delivery monitoring
∎ E-Commerce VAT return and government taxes
∎ Service center cost calculation and revenue statement
∎ Inventory maintaining
∎ Warranty claim to the supplier and ledger maintaining
∎ Strong analysis of the party ledger
∎ Initiative to credit recovery and regular collection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher females are highly encouraged to apply
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Office time should maintain perfectly 9 AM to 6 PM
